After learning that Foxtrot, one of Owen's raptors that had supposedly been put down, might still be alive, Owen and Alexia traveled to Isla Sorna, the other island owned by InGen for breeding dinosaurs. After Owen's old Navy friend dropped the couple off on the island, they started to follow the river, planning to follow it to the North side of the island where the compound was, and where the raptors were supposed to be. After not even being there for twenty minutes, though, the resident Spinosaurus found and chased them, the couple hiding in a tree, and Alexia shooting a flare towards the ocean so it would leave them alone. Once it was gone, they climbed down again, and continued to follow the water, while looking for a place to stay for the night. After walking for hours, though, they still hadn't found anywhere, and stopped to rest. They hadn't been stopped long, though, when a pack of Compys found them, and they once again took shelter in a tree. Alexia, however, was bitten by one of the Compys before she could get to safety, and Owen helped pull her up into the tree. There, they waited for the Compys to leave, before Owen climbed down, and Alexia jumped down into his arms. They then cleaned her ankle where she had been bitten, before deciding to climb back up into the tree for the night.
The next morning, the two were awoken by a Brachiosaurus eating out of the tree, and, after petting the dinosaur (and Alexia learning more about Owen's past), they climbed down and headed towards the Aviary. They hadn't been walking for even five minutes, though, before they felt the footsteps of the Spinosaurus again. They ran then, Owen practically dragging Alexia towards the main building of the Aviary to try and get away. The building was locked, though, so Owen and Alexia ran to the back of the building and found a staircase. After pulling the fence away from the stairs, the two jumped down them, narrowly missing being stepped on by the Spinosaurus. They kept running, though, before getting trapped inside the Birdcage part of the Aviary. Inside, the couple tried to find a way out, but ended up running into one of the mutant Pteranodons, Owen grabbing Alexia and running in the other direction, which turned out to be a dead end. Just as the Pteranodons were closing in, though, Owen grabbed Alexia again and jumped into the water under the cage, the two of them narrowly escaping being eaten several times before they were able to swim out of the cage, and to safety.
Later that night, Owen and Alexia had continued walking, and came upon a section of long grass. Owen knew better than to go in thanks to notes in Wu's office, but when a pack of Compys cornered them again, they had no choice, and both Owen and Alexia ran into the grass to escape. Unfortunately, they got separated, and after hearing something moving in the grass, Alexia screamed for Owen to run. He ran, but Foxtrot, the raptor they had come to Isla Sorna to look for, ran, too, having been following them since they entered the grass. Smelling the blood from Alexia's injured ankle, Foxtrot ran after the blonde rather than Owen, chasing her into the old compound center. There, she managed to corner the blonde in a caged area, nearly killing her, before Owen came to her rescue. Hearing Owen's voice, the raptor ceased her attack and froze, just staring at Owen. The rest of the raptor pack found them then, though, and when the Alpha of that pack went to attack Owen, Foxtrot, recognizing him, jumped in the way, fighting with the other raptor and giving Owen and Alexia enough time to run. Owen didn't run, though, and Alexia threw a gas grenade at both raptors, while Owen stayed and waited for Foxtrot. After a brief fight between the Alpha raptor and Foxtrot, which Foxtrot won, the three ran, Foxtrot leading Owen and Alexia out a back door of the building, and away from the rest of the raptor pack. Once in the woods, Alexia called Owen's friends to pick them up, and seeing as they had been circling the island, the trio was picked up within a matter of minutes, and they all headed back, while Foxtrot curled up in a corner of the boat to rest, due to her injuries.
